About Us

An image of Rachel on the left and Sara on the right, sitting on a couch both smiling in the camera with a feelings wheel pillow and stuffies between them.

Rachel and Sara met at orientation for their Masters of Social Work (MSW) program at North Carolina State University in 2017. It did not take long for the two to become close friends. After graduate school they were pulled in different directions for work; however, a few years later they found themselves working at the same agency. They began reflecting on why they set out on this career path to begin with and soon fostered this dream that they now call, Evolving Mindsets. A space committed to inclusive and affirming client care, where the whole person is seen and valued. We are still serving the area not far from where we met - Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Raleigh, and surrounding areas!
